Man City Offer Rodri New Contract
Manchester City are determined to keep Rodri, offering him a new deal with a significant pay rise — or they will look to sell him in the summer.
Manchester City are doing everything in their power to retain Rodri. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the club have already tabled a new contract offer to the Spanish international. Should he agree to an extension, the midfielder would receive a substantial salary increase. If not, the Citizens will look to sell him in the summer.
Rodri's current contract runs until 2027, and in recent weeks reports have emerged linking him with interest from Real Madrid, though the Spanish giants are also exploring several other options to strengthen their midfield. So far this season, Rodri has made 28 appearances in all competitions for Manchester City, contributing two goals.
